They must get #100 Full-Time equivalents and if that is not achieved, they will go to an involuntary layoff.
They did get approximately 93 full-time equivalents, so the remaining 7 will be cut later.
There was a meeting yesterday (5/16/14) and the R.Ph's were told that they could now work until 7/31/14 voluntarily if they wish with the same severance package and all benefits. They were told that they had to do nothing to accept the agreement and only had to give an answer Monday by noon if they do NOT want to accept the extended work time. Nothing is in writing.
