AR/AP has already been hit. That was a 2013 reduction....2014 is a reorg across the board.
Managers/team leaders should be gone first
I would think thinning the mangement/team leaders wouldn't happen before laying off production employees.
Look what's happening across the industry, Marketing is hit pretty hard anywhere you look. There are deep cuts in some areas of IT (while others are growing) - AR/AP is also another target... I don't know what's going to happen here at Kohl's but judging based on what's happening elsewhere, I am suggesting that we all brush up our resumes.
