No flip flops please!
Last week while on vacation, I heard that I was out-voted at the Campus Support All-Hands Meeting. As you heard during the meeting, Jack Massimino announced that a casual dress code will be in effect this summer.
It’s my job as your Chief HR Officer to remind you that since the Campus Support Center has many visitors, it’s important that each one of us follow company policy and present a professional public image — even when wearing casual attire.
That means holes in the jeans and flip flops are not allowed. Neither are rodeo-belt buckles or moccasins.
The casual dress code will be throughout the summer months and end August 31. On Sept. 1, we return to business casual.
If you need a reminder about the dress code, you can review it on page 9 of the Employee Handbook on the Hub. To go directly to the handbook, click the link below or copy and paste it into your browser’s address bar.
Thank you and Happy Summer!
