Rumors rumors rumors. We will find out when they have a deal set. But lots if deals fall through before they close. I would stay hopeful but cautious about it.
I don't meant to out down the students, but they barely work with all the support they get. They will not be able to handle a for profit environment.
I was hoping it wouldn't be non-profit. While we all have a good skill set for a for profit, non profits won't want to hire us. Totally different worlds.
Don't hold your breath. Enrollment is at an all time low and accreditation is in jeopardy. If there's neither of these, there's nothing to sell.
Wonder if it is Walmart as they are looking at UoP as well..
the word is that the buyer is a non-profit that is buying all 85 schools. The deal isn't done yet, and anything could still happen, but that word came down from Santa Ana on Tuesday. Who knows for sure if it happens in the end or not.
