What kind of "payoff" did he receive? Thousands like the others?

No SEC Statement of Change submitted on this? Is this real ? Maybe they are blowing off the SEC now also by not reporting a major change in management to the investors!

Good morning,

Charles Restivo, president of The Art Institutes (Ai), has decided to leave the company. He will be assisting with a transition and leaving at the end of this month. Charles has spent his entire professional career in higher education, including 13 years in various roles at Ai. I would like to thank him for his commitment and leadership during his time with the company.

I am pleased to announce that Timothy Moscato, currently Ai group vice president of the west and vice chancellor of operations, Argosy University, will assume the newly created position of chief operating officer of Ai. Tim has a wealth of experience in higher education and a deep understanding of the Ai system, having also served as the president of The Art Institute of Portland. Tim will report directly to me.

Please join me in congratulating Tim on his new appointment, and once again, wishing all of the best for Charles.

Sincerely,

Ed

He was appointed interim Pres last year while they did a search for someone to take over. I don't see any breaking new. Where'd you see this? Doesn't seem that big a deal...

The rats are leaving a sinking ship…

If you don’t have your resume updated, today would be a good day to do so. It would be a good idea to let family and friends know your looking to make a career change…just saying.
