Can we file for unemployment since we aren't getting hours? I am going to look into it. I got kids to feed.

If you're not getting your normally scheduled hours, that's considered lack of work, as is a full-blown layoff. So if your weekly earnings fall below the amount you'd draw for unemployment in Wisconsin, you can draw partial unemployment.
