14 calendar days, excluding scheduled breaks and holidays, the student had to be withdrawn. The return of all title IV funds has to be completed within 45 days...there have always been issues with the posting of fraudulent attendance to keep the revenue stream flowing!

The whole fake attendance reporting and having students backdate docs always smelled really bad to me. Of course it turned out that it was part of financial aid fraud. By law, after 14 calendar days without attendance a student has to be dropped and their aid money returned. We sure weren't allowed to let that happen on the campuses!

"For profits know in ten minutes when a student hasn't gone to class, and in 13 days when it's time for a phantom attendance entry to keep their aid money." There, fixed it for ya, Bill!

For profits only value students who bring in $. If you are not in class, you could be revenue last. CCI doesn't like revenue losses.
