This guy needs to leave or be fired. I have seen him 3 or 4 times over the last couple of weeks and it is like he is on something. We know you are a suck up and weak at your job but leave the recreational substances for after hours. It makes everyone else's job harder.

Way to go RayJay management! Not only did you manage to run off talented people from Memphis and elsewhere, you also managed to hang on to and even promote the worst of the bunch. What's worse, you moved some of them down to you little pig sty down in Tampa so they could make an even bigger mess of things! Absolutely pathetic...
