They are going to need to further cut costs. That means they will fire or lay off. They are so top heavy, and with tanking enrollments the reality is they don't need all of us. They probably posted cuts knowing they would lose a percentage of employees, were banking on it in fact. You're not going to prove anything. You're going to lose your jobs.
