I work at Socle and 99% of the posts about us are wrong. I'm not sure if they're not our employees, or if they are and they're being sarcastic with the "golden" BS. We're the same as you, and it is correct that the only reason the voluntary furlough wouldn't apply to us is because so few are hourly.
Unpaid time off is for hourly.
I will not be forced to take time unpaid @Anonymous25523, because SOCLE is the exception to the rule.

SOCLE may get a paycut, but they are exempt from toner restrictions. And double sided printing. But instead of vacations, you get a free stapler.
Socle employees will be given double gold to make the pay reduction up, plus the 10% increase.
