Don't hold it against this guy. Using a spray bottle is not a one person job. Just like a 1000 word paper you need a team to complete it.
One person needs to fill the bottle
One person needs to put on the spray nozzle and tighten it
One person needs to aim the bottle
One person has to pull the trigger
and One person has to wipe and inspect
He must not have followed the team charter
