Having quit almost a month ago, and with repeated assurances from HR that my check was in the mail, I am glad I walked when I did.

Maybe everyone in HR was reassigned to "document production" for the US Department of Ed?
I never really expected it anyway. They owed me a reimbursement months ago, and I never did get that. I feel for those who stick it out to the bitter end.
I posted to Camden about how documenting is pointless when the company files for bankruptcy. You'll be at the top, well below the attorneys and a couple others, to get your funds.
We don't get ours up front. I had only accrued 6 hours.
Do you realize that you owe them for your vacation time? I'm sure they computed it out somehow that you actually owe them for all that vacation you earned over the years.
