So it is in all of the major newspapers, all over the internet and even some students know. But when a student asks if the school is in trouble, we, (teachers) are told not to say anything or send to the chair or president. So there you go....Da...Don't ask me, I can't tell.

I highly doubt Heald College can be sold within 21 days; but perhaps if a buyer is found he/she/it can provide a loan.
Can Heald really be sold within this 21 day time frame? Anyone know if it's possible?
If they ask I will tell them. I may tell them anyway.
Sadly 13309, both could be true. Heald will likely survive and be sold. If ED doesn't reverse it's decision though, employees will not be paid. Cci is done. I just hope some of the schools with good metrics live on.
Heald Admin told the students that one has nothing to worry about while telling its employees that they might not get paid.
"The doors might be locked when I come next Monday, but please let me go get the President to tell you otherwise."
Wait...they might not be able to pay me at all...does that help answer your question student?
"They don't pay me enough to tell you they are likely going out of business. You'll need to see the chair or president for that."
