hahaha! Everyone does have a right to an education - but not a college education. Yes, people like the blind should have an equal opportunity - not be discriminated against (it is illegal). They also should not be the targets of predatory scams. CCI must have more dumbed down employees than I thought.

If they (we) are able to accommodate those with special needs...every ONE has the right to education. Nay sayers are pulling this apart and in my opinion - just because someone is deaf or blind, ADD or ADHD does not mean they should be dumbed down and not allowed to be educated!
