Considering what the ELT is having certain departments do, starting last Tuesday (should have been started in January at the DOE's 1st request) Why hasn't the DOE had some of the major players step down? It is because of several of them that we have arrived at the gates of hell.
Pretty sure it's the DOE calling the shots, not Jack, Bob B., Ken, Beth or BB...
If the DOE wants to protect the students and/or employees than some or all should be dismissed.
First of all the campuses SHOULD KEEP ENROLLING! The best case scenario is that the schools are bought and the students finish their education and the employees keep their jos! Nobody is going to buy a school that has stopped enrollment! The DOE and CCI will make sure that the students are taken care of! Second, you can blame the ELT all you want...and it's easy! Beth should have been gone long ago, she is incompetent as are the retards that work for her! But she's been here since the beginning so nobody has had the balls to fire her. Ken Ord and Bob Owen are totally redundant! Don't need both, one should go, take your pick! But Bill Buchanan is the biggest travesty of all! Everything he's ever touched has gone to shit! Anyone remember "engineering growth"? How about Region One? OMG! Can you say Milwaukee??? Not to mention the others that are still, to this day, a disaster because his "leadership" And how could we forget the HS program? Anyone think that was a BS disaster??? Then there is the advertising in general...can anyone say "Tunde" Ridiculous! The transfers are still coming though so you BETTER convert them. However, Bob Bosic is the only one with an ounce of knowledge and/or common sense. Yet he is named COO but doens't have any of the incompetent EVPs reporting to him? Another brillian JACK ASS decision. Then there is Tony Guida...yes ANOTHER EVP, because the 6 we already had clearly wasn't enough! This is not a function of the ELT, this is the function of a CEO and Chairman of the Board who comes to work 2 days a week AT BEST and that's when he's not on vacation. I am in Southern California, I know Bob Bosic and Nikee Carnagey, they are the only reason we still have decent campuses in So Cal! They are the poeple that have been, for the past 8 years, the only reason So Cal has survived and the only reason people have stayed. They care about the schools and about the people, I have seen it first hand. So blame the ELT, but this is a function of JACK ASS alone. We have had good leadership in So Cal with Bob and Nikee!!! But the chain of command is the chain of command and since we are an establishment that believes so heavily in "accountability", it's time for JACK to be accountable for what he has done to this company!
Agreed! also get rid of all admissions reps...can you really in good conscience enroll new students?? Seems pretty unethical.
