With the company over 20 years, this never would have happened on their watch. It was a good company when they were in charge.

Yeah, I think they were competent for awhile and then just got a bit too fond of the high life (knowing some of them, maybe literally "high"). They sold out and probably couldn't care less about those of us they left behind.
I came from Tampa College, and remember being impressed with the professionalism of CCi. At this point I'd say that Phillips was better than what CCi became. Such a shame.
Same here. Who would have thought that here we'd be, 20 years later, going through the same process we went through with the transition from Phillips to Corinthian?
