I believe campus bonuses were paid out to directors and presidents around this time of year. As backwards as CCI has been, I bet they're still going forward to pay them out.

Online has not paid bonuses to Directors in about 2 years. They have not had the money...
Bonuses were never paid in the month of June. They are paid out 30 days after the quarter ends, except for 4th quarter which is paid out in September
If they get paid for bonus from 2013 - then they already earned it - but any bonus for the final quarter of 2014 will have to be put off. If you had a job that salary included bonus, and you earned it, it is part of your pay. Why now get pissed off at those that earn bonus - it is part of the pay package.
If they paid them and word got out, that would be terrible PR. Think they'll have the common sense to know that, or even care?
Actually, the 16M can't be used for bonuses. Reserve cash can be.
I believe that according to the MOU, they cannot pay bonuses.
