Thread regarding Follett layoffs

Profit sharing

I'm confused about how they determine your share of reallocated forfeitures. I asked around and the amount ranged from $48 to $59. can anyone explain why it varies? Everyone I talked to got $300 for their profit sharing contribution. Wonder if/how much that varies.

FSS was cheated out of their results (pay, profit sharing, bonus etc) because the rest of the company sucked. It was not fair as we worked very hard to achieve our goals.

FSS had record profits but profit sharing is down to almost nothing. I'm betting that the formula has changed and senior management got record profit sharing.
