The home office is collapsing. Senior leadership that does not have a clue (or at least act that way) combined with employees that just don't care anymore or employees that have been here a few months. Morale at all time low. What will happen in Sept/Oct? - RIF #4?

A good leader cant be effective or communicate the direction of the company to their team if they sit in their office all day with the door closed and wear headphones.
They can only hide the lack of results for so long.
They are on downward spiral hence the reason for hush-hush. Money spent on new apps is not getting the quality or ROI promised.
There is no communication. ML seems to be afraid to let us know anything. Morale is low everywhere. It not just home office.
How come there is no strategic direction communicated? Under the previous leadership we understood exactly what are competitive direction was. No clue under this management. Kind of difficult to row in the same direction if the leaders are saying which way.
