What they will find is fake documents that is already set up in place and are being placed in order. Just think about it, if CCI was on the straight and narrow, than the documents would have been given, and there would have been nothing to worry about, or in this mess. That 81% is a front for the wrong that they are doing to get the students in the school, as a cash cow.
