The way that I am interpreting this is that 12 schools will be shut down immediately. The others will be offered for sale, but there is no indication that a buyer is available or a sale imminent, correct? I would think the schools offered for sale would be by OPEID. It might make sense to shut down individual schools that weigh down the OPEID group's value. In quite a few cases, an OPEID group will have, say, 90/10 issues because of one school that is basically 100% Title IV. My guess is that financial aid statistics will have a lot to do with the choice. Of course, location and current profitability will as well.
