Managing and forecasting 90/10 is not that difficult. In fact, if there was a true potential breach the delayed Title IV funds helped it. Quick Loan (all cash) was aligned with ECP and Heald and I believe the Florida schools were able to align with Canada.
Online doesn't have 90/10 only the campuses do. So yes online can influence a campus's 90/10 but that's all.

Is this true? It seems too early to know. Could someone who actually knows fill us in? It IS important!
If that's true, it's a big deal. So far there have been issues with placement and admissions, but nothing concrete regarding financial aid. Aid is ED's big priority and if we've failed 90/10 they will feel free to cut us off from Title IV aid permanently.
They already have their 2013-14 90/10 numbers? I'm not surprised if we failed, since 90/10 was the entire point of Genesis. We've long had issues in that area, and there have been many times when we've sold off student debt at pennies on the dollar to squeak by. The rules have changed, though, and Genesis is gone.
