There are so many unnecessary comments & postings on this board. We are all hurting! Some of us are @ CCI not just for the paycheck but really enjoyed what we did especially being part of changing a student's life that no community college or traditional universities wanted or would accept. We all hate the events that has been unfolding in the last few weeks. At the end of the day, majority of us still need a job.

I think most of the nastiness comes from one or two people who really need something better to do . . . Sad. I feel sorry for people who do that. Especially since it's driven away anyone with real information. I'm pretty much out, too. I have no time to read the bitterness and nastiness of strangers. I wish you all the very best.
McDonalds poster really, really needs to find something better to do. I feel,sorry for this person who clearly has nothing better to do than try to make a point nobody understand or cares about. So sad.

Cry me a river. The faucet of easy money has been shut off. Now go get a real job that doesn't victimize innocent and desperate people. No one is interested in your rationalizations.
I'm with 19085 in that I think what's happening to COCO is long overdue (sorry guys). I still have enough decency not to make fun of people who are more than likely going to be unemployed in a very tough economy. I know a lot of you did a great job, and I'm sorry that you worked for a really evil company. Don't take idiot comments personally, but feel free to vent here if you need to.
A lot of these comments seem to be coming from one or two very resentful, bitter little people. I'm not sure what causes some folks to end up like that, but you see it on every site. They're called "trolls" but they're not really trolling. They seem to have a lot of pent up anger that they need to let out. If you've taken any psychology courses I'm sure you'll recognize the behavior, since it's quite common. The important thing is to know to pity them (or feel luckier and superior if you like). Don't let them bother you.

I agree with you completely! This place is so full of bitter remarks and personal attacks. I have seen so many successes come from Everest College and two prior career colleges I have work for. The majority of students that graduate go on to have careers in the field of study. I don't care about any nasty remarks that follow my post, but it is truly a warm, wonderful feeling changing students lives and I have seen it time after time! Good for us CCi - GOOD FOR US!
Helping the students? By getting them into debt, 10 the debt compared to a real college, all for a worthless diploma? You know who cares about the students? The Department of Education. CCI is over
