Thread regarding Corinthian Colleges Inc. layoffs

I am not convinced one way or the other.

I am not convinced that CCi has sufficient cash to meet payroll, but I am not convinced that payroll will be missed either. Too much risk in this prediction. Maybe the $35M will bid CCi enough to make it passed Friday? I just am not so sure.

The 21 day hold should end on Friday....the real question is will our campus enrollments be enough to sustain the day to day activities...? Not without pushing some people off the train!! Remember the 4 pillars!! Bahahhahahahhaahahah

I'm convinced you don't know shit. Maybe just worry about your own sphere of responsibility and don't speculate about everything else?

Yes, but this week CCi was only allowed $35M. Next week might be better or worse, who knows.

but effective July 8, 2014 (the "Effective Date"), ED will, subject to compliance by the Company with the procedures set forth in the Operating Agreement, allow the Company to drawdown Title IV student aid funds on a weekly basis, as an advance against the 21-day disbursement delay.

IF they make it, they will just make it.
