can't log in with the web site that they gave us can get on any other web site so I know it's not my computer
They would never lie.
Quit being so "doomsday" the trouble ticket says the outage started at 6:20 am and the it and Xerox teams are working on resolving the issue. The schools that are being sold will still need access to it so they will get it running again. The outage time is listed as "pending" because it is not a planned outage.
Just face it Everest took your money and gave you nothing for it!

CCi seems to be working on a lot of things!
Spoke with tech support they are aware of the issue and are working to get it running again.
Rather than the bashing, can we please have an intelligent conversation in this thread? Dies anyone know the problem? Has anyone called tech services? Lease stop the bashing. I'm not really interested in hearing everyone hatred right now. It's getting beyond old.
Yes, I am having trouble getting the course page to load. I teach online and had been told yesterday that they are loading the courses for the next term. This is the first time this process has interrupted access, however. Email is still operational and there is no news there as of 7:15 AM MST.
Guess Jack didn't pay the bill for eCollege.
Same with Skype - it's clear as day that Jack failed to pay that bill too.
My email works. There is none. But I can't login either to my corses.

Anonymous 19451: This isn't an employment issue. The question is loading the website not logging into the website.
Anonymous 19452: I checked my e-mail today and there is nothing about the website being down. I did receive an e-mail stating that instructors would be enrolled into courses today (July 8)
Have you checked your e-mail recently?
Maybe you don't work there anymore.
