What should we have seen at our school that we didnt? What were the red flags that something might be amiss?

How about admissions (regional)forcing drops on education? How about under-educated, poorly prepared students in your class? Students incurring debt with little chance to pay it off working for $10-$12 per hour? A few "flags" among MANY.
I took a complaint to state regulatory agency in Texas and they declined to act; this was after approaching Corporate..... Of course I was on the S-List after that.
Final straw: in meeting with RVP's and they were discussing the best way to "mine" for student PELL/Federal FA dollars. Left within 30 days and have never looked back.
