I'm just not so sure that the approvals will come automatically. Considering all the regulatory action in California, will any approval come quick and easy? So many seem to think that it's a quick and easy process.

Nobody's taking over CCI. It's closing or selling. But a sale is unlikely.
I'm sure the California Attorney General Kamala D. Harris will expedite any of these scam deals that keep CCi alive under a different name.
