The OP is an idiot, I agree, but part of what he/she is trying to say is true. Depending on your position (campus, regional, etc.), the RIF is handled differently. Regional positions/employees during the big high school RIF a few weeks ago were laid off via the phone and the exit/termination docs were emailed. For those on campuses, the CP usually does it and the docs are given in person.
How do you RIF paperwork? I've never heard of riffing paperwork.

WTF? RIF paperwork at Everest. You have no clue what you're saying. Example of a simple troll trying to use company lingo and not knowing what it stands for. BTW, instructors did NOT get a pay cut.
