I've been trying to wrap my head around the ECMC rumors, and until recently had assumed that if they were involved, they were probably just purchasing some of our old debt at pennies on the dollar. FWIW, I read a student post on a Facebook group the other day that an ECMC rep had been visiting her campus, where she was a student and employee. Can't see why a student would lie about that.
Well, students don't really deal with them, do they? Campus SF does. I agree that ECMC would have to be pretty stupid to think that Socle is a business model worth acquiring. The only part of CCi that might be worth anything is Heald.

Socle has the same idiot employees that came from other CCI entities. Socle pats themselves on the back for all of their glorious achievements and "Case Studies" For those people that have to deal with them, the truth is known. You can even ask some of the intelligent students who have dealt with them.
Remember that if it is true, there's no guarantees to employees. Because whoever buys CCI schools has to rebrand and rebuild, if they did keep employees on, it will be at a much lower wage than we are making now.
They're touring campuses to get first hand accounts of how Socle has improved our students' lives. They are only interested in purchasing Socle and developing it into the premier financial aid services company in the country. If you're at Socle, you'd be a fool to be looking for a new job!
