I haven't been with the company long, but am a little surprised to see all the expressed surprise over CCi's legal woes. Let's get this straight: you work for a "college" without an entrance exam or application fee who feeds on the down-trodden while promising a payoff from the $20K "investment" by getting jobs in the "$10/hour range. CCi has been exposed for being exactly what they are: shameless opportunists who feed on those who don't know any better. It didn't start recently. It's always been that way. Why are so many surprised?

In 2011 when they took away the "pass / fail" of entrance test we knew it was a problem.
