he's simply reminding everyone that these kinds of investigations and education don't mix. if you understand education, you would understand this. if you only know predatory business - well, you might not understand it so much.
@37357 - Spot on brother! I left 2 months ago and haven't looked back, until today. I read the complaint and just had to chime in. ITS ALL TRUE! The people who stay are like the guards at Auschwitz, deceiving themselves into to believing that the carnage taking place isn't real or that things will be OK.

You forgot the Criminal investigation
CCI caused immense damage to students as well as employees. OP is not wrong, or understating the significance. Anyone who still remains is not a victim, just a fool. Anyone with half a brain knows that the lawsuit is 100% accurate..and extremely disturbing that a company goes to these lengths to exploit. All reps and advisors knew what genesis was, and had no problems processing them. At a certain point, people have to take responsibility for their immoral actions...even if you have to quit a job. If you stayed for the paycheck and "did what you were told", then you reap what you sew.
