Not sure if this was mentioned but let's ponder about this furlough deal. I for one will enjoy my week off. The time off will help me unplug from the CCI chaos. Executives think I will not enjoy my time away? But this is my view on this forced vacation; The executives want CCI employees to resign. Especially the ones that are on the fence. They might be trying to cut expenses but that's not the main agenda. The execs want YOU to leave. They figure people will run away when the item (money) which you try so hard to keep is being slowly sucked dry. I know you have heard this before but I am going to put this in a different context; Update that f***ing resume and start submitting it like a crackhead looking for the next fix or just sit tight if you are expecting to receive an unemployment check. You think it's tough now to find a job, just wait when CCI aborts all its employees. I truly wish everyone the best. This is just my rant and thank you for reading. I apologize if I have made any errors in my logical reasoning, misspellings and cursing.

Thats Old News
We've already had a few people leave and of course no replacements. However, our student population is also going down so I can see them needing a LOT of people to quit to reduce expenses. I expect that to start happening now, as more and more people who trusted management to get us through this have woken up and started to search. I think I've found something (two interviews down that went well, keeping my fingers crossed). It's going to get rough. I predict that each employee will be carrying the workload of two before long. And that even with the current attrition, there will still be RIFs. Hopefully, I'll be out before it gets really bad. Good luck to all!
