Look at the org chart. Follow the incoming Federal $$$$$. Who gives you the list of students for the daily outreach firedrill? How many of the students on this list have been contacted several times the same day by someone else trying to get their ass in class? Who monitors your activity? Who gives you feedback on "your outreach progress"? Who writes your evaluation? How many times have you coached a student on the art of remaining eligible for FA (and associated stipends/grants) by suggesting minimal participation so that they don't show up on your list next week? HOW MANY STUDENTS DO NOT HAVE THE RESOURCES THEY NEED TO PARTICIPATE, NOT TO MENTION LEARN, in class? Are you able to act on the student's behalf toward a meaningful result (for the student)?

More f***ing trolls trying to talk company lingo. It's so easy to spot them because they try to talk like they know something but really have no clue.
What does the org chart have to do with outreach? That's weird.
As an instructor, I've not once had a conversation with anybody about a students' FA or FA status.
Outreach is in no way harassment. If you had an understanding of the process, you would understand the criteria we instructors use for Outreach. Nobody sends us a list, nor is there an Outreach org chart.
