If you want to confirm if this agent is legit and help with a possible FBI investigation on CCI call your nearest FBI office (it's in the phonebook for you old-schoolers, or on fbi.gov) and tell them your seeking to speak to an agent by this guy's name about possible evidence you may have for his case. If he's legit they'll get you in touch. If he's not you can easily explain why you believed it may be by this thread. Cake!

I don't see you listed on the FBI site. I blew the whistle at an Everest campus and retained the proof to protect myself from retaliation. However, I see your name listed as a private attorney out of California rather than an FBI agent. Am I wrong?

All those years that CCi suggested that nothing could be done about the wolf in sheep's clothing. I don't know that I have the right stuff, but I'm sending an e-mail about what I observed, along with the specific Title IV violations, including the sections violated and exactly how the scheme worked.
