It's going to be so nice to not have access to emails beyond 90 days. Man will that be fun or what telling folks inside and outside the company, "Sorry, our emails only go back 90 days so that one email from Bob back in July telling me to drill X well. Yeah that's gone. Sorry! :)". This should work out well when living up to this Core Value: "Acknoledge Errors and Hold Ourselves Accoubable." Well I will be acknowledging a Sh*t ton of errors and holding this new policy accountable come New Year 2015. Can't wait to see what they roll out in 2015. #2014aYearOfPerformace
