So I keep refreshing the sec site to see if a new filing pops in. I'm not expecting it to but miracles do happen. Question though: do they have until 5 pm EST? I'm just wondering when the cutoff time is.

398 if people quit before they do their research on the company... That is on them! They deserve to be blind sided as things crash around them. Just the same as those who believe the Bullshit despite pay cuts and furlough. Oh.... Business as usual.... That'd right! I'm sorry but there's not usual about this crap CCI is pulling. Leave now before the entire company is gunning for the same jobs you are.
40398: I'm ex-Socle. Don't panic yet - Jack tends to leave everything until the last minute, so it may well be that the agreement has been signed (by BOA I believe). As far as your surprise at how the company is run, I guess it depends on your perspective. I was a manager so I got to see the "leaders" at their worst, and they really are evil. When they're guffawing behind closed doors, they're probably being racist, sexist, or some other kind of nasty toward their employees. I can't tell you how amusing they found one overweight female employee on my team. Nobody was interested in hearing my updates, just in making fun of that poor woman. They are vultures, and KD and PS are the head vultures and lead by example. Just get out, no matter what happens with CCi. It's not worth it.
The deadline is 4 trading days after the 8-K event, 4 pm pacific time. If the signatures are obtained today, then day 1 starts tomorrow. Most FD deadlines are shorter.
394 - Yeah, at this point we can't continue without Title IV. I'm still shocked that a 21-day delay caused so much commotion. I really didn't know our financial situation was so tentative at that point. So what are we going to do here at Socle if T4 is cut off? It pisses me off that we've been lied to so blatantly. It pisses me off even more that we keep hiring new people. Some of them probably quit decent jobs to come here, all because of blatant lies. My God, these people are just evil.
371- Who knows what the ED will do, but if they pulled T4 funds once I wouldn't be surprised to see them pull it again since it is in the OA that Jackie boy signed. Time will tell I guess. The question in my mind is, IF the ED pulls T4 funds, how long will it be before CCi files BK? In my humble opinion, I say before close of business on Friday. No T4, VA, recent fire sell of Genesis loans...where will the money come from?
So what happens if Jack just ignores it? He's ignored lots of things lately. Do you really expect a swift smack down from ED? Seems to me like they've been busy backtracking for a couple of months now. "We had NO IDEA the company was in financial straights and our actions could hurt them!" Yeah, someone higher up is calling the shots now, and they're on our side, not ED's. The real smack down has happened behind closed doors already and the feds are whimpering.
