That sounds about right. Goldman Sachs is a power player with a revolving door between global finance and the government (Rubin, Paulson, Markowitz, Patterson, Genser, Dudley, Bolton, Friedman, Steel, Lubke, Kashkari). That's why they believe that they are immune from prosecution or even scrutiny. Goldman Sachs was a major player in the destruction of EDMC, and I would not put it past them to have engaged in illegal activity.
