OP, what's you point? CCi broke the law and it took regulators a while to catch on? 41507 is on target.

No one is suggesting that providing the Title IV funds was illegal. It's the Genesis loans that is the topic of discussion.
CCI did nothing illegal in providing Title IV funds and loans to students to get an education.
