One week! I am done after I turn in final grades....it use to be a great place to work but the last 2 years have been hell. Less classes, more outreach, Talisam (Yikes), unmotivated students, more outreach, higher number of students in each class, bad late work and attendance (or lack thereof) policies, and of course the PIP for not doing enough outreach. So my work as a gloried babysitter is coming to an end. I am going back to teaching for a state college which requires no outreach and has qualified students.
Good luck to everyone in finding other employment. I hope Jack and all his cronies get to wear Orange jumpsuits for a couple years for all the fraud and illegal activities the have done.
