When the end arrives - probably sooner rather than later - there will be much gnashing of teeth and shedding of bitter tears by those who steadfastly hoped that there was a future for them at CCI (or whatever it becomes). Hope is not a strategy. Take control of your own fate. Read the public documents (8K, 10K, operatiing agreement, press releases) and make an informed decision - then ACT!!! If you choose to wait and hope, do so with the understanding that you are betting significantly against the odds. You might do better taking your paycheck, savings and 401K and betting it all on a single number on the roulette wheel in Vegas......

You are responsible for your career. Work while you're working, but be in job search mode at the same time. Resume, LinkedIn, network!
