If you were asked to produce documents, how many months should it take?

Anonymous28866: Is that why they have to ask for social security number and address because they "lost" the paper work for the students financial aid?

For some reason it takes a hell of a long time! That is if you are asking for documents that prove deceit. 8 months and still not given ED what they asked for? Kent Jerkins will tell you we have provided thousands of documents and ED is just picking on us. Assamino knows he's screwed. They are just milking what they can for as long as possible. Once ED cuts off funds, soon, we are all done!

It's a nightmare especially when Cci appoints the fws students to file them away. These are the students who can't spell to begin with. Lol good luck.

28856 - in all fairness, student finance is a LOT better at paperwork than placement.

Oops. The documents accidentally went to the shredder room instead of the copier room. Simple administrative error, right? Can't we all just be friends?

And on August 13, CCi suggested they still have not completed the January request for documents, and ED could put further administrative controls in place to protect students. Fortunately for CCi, ED has agreed to implement controls in such a way as to minimize disruptions to students, but that does not mean no disruptions will take place. For example, CCi might have to refund up to 160 students.

Apparently quite a bit. After taking too long, CCi has many problems, including the cash flow issue.
