Depending of who you work and if you are male you may be ok - certain program directors don't care and do all reviews within 5 minutes and keep going!!!

451 you're exactly right. That's the only reason they are doing it this year. Anyone under a certain score will be let go for poor performance.
Easier to fire people for poor performance than layoffs.
Don't stress you can teach at more than one school!,
So you get double the merit increase of last year?
