Yes, $19M for the loans, but the buyer deeply discounted the loans, so CCi has to take a $55M to $59M charge. While the loans were sold at fair market value, the $75M CCi was hoping to get by holding the loans will never be realized.

Another $55M to $59M charge: "on August 19, 2014 that an impairment charge is required of approximately $55 million to $59 million (all of which is non-cash except for approximately $0.5 million of transaction costs). The Company expects to include the impairment charge in its consolidated financial statements for the fiscal year ended June 30, 2014."
