Four years of exceptional work just to get my first PIP. I am an instructor and refuse to do outreach to students who should have been dropped weeks ago due to nonattenance. This is my last term anyway. I think it is just ironic that I get a Pip for not helping them break the law. fyi...students who dont show for thw first 2 weeks must be dropped not allowed to stay in class for 6 weeks

I am not the OP but I would like to know how to inform the monitor. Is there a process? Is it anonymous?
If it's your last term anyway (probably everyone's last term) you should inform the monitor. It's illegal and they need to know it's happening.
Still committing attendance (FA) fraud? I was an adjunct last term. I hated it and was quitting anyway.
