Would going union have protected our salaries and prevented the no cost of living increase these last two years?

Voted republican but don't see the correlation of the two. Maybe you could use some of that all knowing gift and enlighten us. Or will it just be another half-assed response with zero facts?

Actually, No. The union would have taken your monthly dues and negotiated a 10% decrease in pay with a guarenteed increase of 2% following the righting of the ship. And since we know the ship will never stand tall again, you would have been out the 10% plus $50/mth for as long as you were an active member for union dues. In this scenario, cci mgmt and the union make out and you still lose.
