With the mess this company is in, I can't believe the Board of Directors hasn't called for the resignation of Jack and other top executives. But they just let these people violate more and more government regulations.

When will everyone understand that the Board is not going to do anything because Massimino is doing what he was hired to do.
It really should have happened one or two years ago. Hell even the CEO of ITT resigned and they aren't as bad off as CCi
Jack has pictures of the board in compromising positions with farm animals. Otherwise, he would have been gone a year ago or more.
They probably don't think it's strategic at this point. Who could they possibly bring on in the interim to close out this mess? If they bring someone in from the outside, it would already take them 6 months to a year to understand all the details behind the mess. CCI has to have Jack and what's left with his team finish it. Pin surprised they haven't bailed though. There's probably a "stay" bonus so the execs don't bail!
