ECMC is wanting to evoke a college. They were part of the negotiations with the DOE on July 3rd to lift the 21 day hold on Title IV funding. They are the rumored nonprofit that wants to purchase Everest Colleges in bulk. If that deal isn't reached by Friday the DOE will move on and approve the sale of Everest campuses in pieces to individual buyers
