This is a frustrating, challenging time for all CCI employees. The lack of information pushes us to sites like this, which is populated by a wide range of individuals,including those wih no valid purpose. The reality is that there will likely be no meaningful information provided until it can be released publicly to all based on SEC regulations. No one on this site has access to that kind of info. Executive management may be unethical and incompetent, but they probably don't want to face individual prosecution for releasing infomation that is protected under insider trading regulations. This includes any information regarding a pending sale. That said, look at he info that is out there in the 8Ks, operating agreement and press releases, and draw your own conclusions about the direction and timing of important future events.....

I also really want to get a heads up if layoffs start. Even though, saying that, they will probably all occur at the same time. Seems like that's the MO.
You are right. But in the meantime, discussing campus wide info / layoffs / managers quitting is really important to me. I'm an online instructor and I have virtually no contact with any other employees. So it frustrates me that these people who don't work for CCI spend so much time here. You would think they could find something to do, and let us communicate. It's likely not going to happen and most emotes are long gone. It's frustrating. But a lot of the most recent people on this site are just cruel.
