Leadership has failed it's employees in almost every possible way. Our reward is that we get to come into jobs we hate every day with a fear there won't be a tomorrow. They've lied, likely committed crimes and have not been role models in any way. What can they expect from us? When you tell us we are shutting down and disappear into your offices, don't expect morale to get better. It's YOUR job to manage this. As an instructor, I FAIL YOU. Good managers manage through difficult times. You're just blaming and being cowardly and acting as if you can't understand why we feel confused and unhappy. It's because you all suck at your jobs. I blame you, not myself.

WELL SAID!
330, unfortunately this is 2014, not 2005.
Okay, old timer here. Believe it or not, before around 2005 CCi was a pretty good company. They had a few bad eggs, but generally hired managers from within the education industry who understood regs and valued both employees and students. This will really shock you, but we actually had a decent mix of students as well. JM really destroyed this company. What a dumb, reckless, disaster of a CEO he turned out to be!
There never has been a leader at CCI. There have been busloads of people hired to be managers over the years. Few were even marginally competent.
