We all know CCI will not be around because the agreement with the DoE spells that out. What if the sale of Heald goes through and we (CCI) service the Heald schools under a different name, most likely Socle. What do I know except being in IT and having discussions with a certain software vendor about license transfers of software? If you have software you can't sell it, you will have to transfer it under a new company name. I told you he truth about processing payday last week and I was right so I am not a troll, just someone who cares about his fellow employees.

Lets try this one more time. CCI ceases to exist as per the DoE agreement. CCI re-brands itself as PDQ which is allowed. CCI sells Heald to company ABC with the sale including a contract for the servicing being done by PDQ. PDQ no longer owns anything but provides the same services that Socle currently does. ABC owns and operates the Heald schools and pays PDQ to service them.
792, that makes even less sense. Why would Heald change its' name to SOCLE if SOCLE doesn't buy Heald? I think your written communication skills are the issue. I have a phd. I can read. I just can't read nonsense.
I never said Socle was buying CCI and I do know what Socle is. Reading comprehension is not your strong skill set is it? I said CCI would operate under a new name, not buy it. I guess we will find out soon enough
Operate a college under SOCLE? That doesn't even make sense. You clearly don't know what SOCLE is and are just passing an acronym you found on these boards to make it sound like you're an insider. Go away.
Even if there is a sale, it means nothing. They might not hire current emotes. Or hire them at a fraction of current pay.

First of all, SOCLE can't buy CCI. SOCLE is a subsidiary of CCI and just as broke as all the schools. Secondly, as IT you should know already they can't separate the schools. They are inseparable because of the software / processes / etc that we use.
There IS no sale. Google it. Read your internal email.
